Deadlines:
Deadline for conference registration is Friday, June 22, 2012. Please register here.
Deadline to make your travel reservations is Monday, June 25, 2012, 4 p.m. CDT. All Kauffman-covered travel must be confirmed by this date. More information here.
Cancellation Policy:
As a courtesy, we ask that all cancellations be made at least 14 days in advance. Please contact Glory Olson at golson@kauffman.org. Important, please note: If your airline reservations have been made and confirmed at the time of cancellation, the participant will be financially responsible for the full cost of the airfare. By making arrangements with our travel agency and accepting covered travel accommodations, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy.
Dress Code:
Dress during the day and for Wednesday evening is casual. The cocktail reception and dinner Monday evening is business casual.
Covered Expenses (for invited participants only):
The Foundation will be directly responsible for economy roundtrip airfare, ground transportation in California, hotel accommodations, and overnight parking if required. Kauffman will also be direct billed for gratuities for the Bellman upon check-in and Housekeeping. Read complete guidelines and details.
Meals:
RSVP is required for participants and their guests to attend conference meals. See Registration page for more information.
Lunch is reserved for conference participants only.
Participants and their adult guests are welcome to join us for the cocktail (heavy hors d'oeuvres) reception on Sunday evening.
All guests are welcome to join us for breakfast each morning and dinner Monday and Wednesday evenings (children's meals at dinner will be available upon request, please see Special Requests section on Registration page). Participants are on your own for dinner Tuesday evening. A list of local restaurants will be provided on site.
