The Signature Series consists of the following three programs:

Entrepreneurial growth can effectively be mapped into four stages-start-up, initial growth, rapid growth and continuous growth. Knowing how you have to change as a leader at each stage is critical to ensure continuing success. This program, based on the book by Katherine Catlin and Jana Matthews, combines small group discussion, self-diagnostics and video clips of highly successful entrepreneurs to guide attendees through these various stages and pinpoint the leadership changes which must be made to take the company to the next level.

A growing company requires people with a high level of talent and commitment; it requires awesome people. Hiring the right people, and keeping them, is one of the critical steps in the success of any company. And it's especially important for fast-growing entrepreneurial companies. Through panel discussions and video clips of "entrepreneurial experts," attendees will learn the characteristics of awesome people and-more importantly-how to build an organization that will attract and retain them.

As entrepreneurs grow their companies and compete in the global marketplace, they face tough decisions on a daily basis. Most successful entrepreneurs have developed a framework for decision-making based on their personal values and the kind of culture they want to create in their companies. In this program, attendees will participate in case study discussions, get a chance to identify their own values and decision-making framework, use these to make a decision, discuss the impact of their decisions on the culture they are trying to build, then compare their decisions with other entrepreneurs in attendance.
